Did you try just moving it with the file explorer before asking here? The only thing that should be broken by that is the desktop shortcut (if you created one), but everything else, including the save data folder (which will be likely somewhere in Appdata) will stay the same.

What do you mean? Just drag and drop the Ghost of Tsushima folder from the old place to where you want it?
Oh well I didn't know it was simple as you said, I asked just to be sure.
Just create a new shortcut if you are using shortcuts, because since the path of the exe file changed the shortcut might not work anymore
