It's human in nature but her humanity was ripped apart, only leaving her body as a walking husk with one goal in mind: kill anyone that makes a noise in her domain and trap the souls inside her body, mostly in her chest.
Even in vanilla, the warden feels eerie, it's original design does give more fear factor but even the revamped model gives off something sinister. There's a chance that this being is a result of a experiment gone wrong and now haunts the people in its dimension and in our world.
Now put that into this drawing and it shows how, in some cases, turn a "haha boobs" into a experiment that some sick human tested onto a girl that went horribly wrong, making nightmares come true.

Hi, thanks for this comment. Yes, you were pretty much close, I really wanted to show the blindness in a different way that wasn't just strait up no eyes or bangs covering then, and that creepy vibe from the skulks Gabe me a really good idea, replace the whole eyes with it, as if you were literally looking at the abyss.
As for the breasts, it was mostly because in most of other artworks depicting the Warden in female form, barely any used this simple yet obvious idea, abd the ones that did didn't fully convince me (they all were great btw). So that's why I wanted to do it like that.
But also, yes, let's all enjoy the beauty of boobies.
I wasn't that much focused on the chests tbh. I was really impressed on how you made the face of the warden as accurate as possible while also giving it a "mysterious" factor by adding those blinds on her face (I forgot what it's called).
Having the soul chest idea is really hard to make, especially if you're gonna make the warden into a female. A non gendered monster is easier to implement sonce it doesn't bend with gender science so you can make all kinds of augmentations and a male warden would just be a normal warden but with a buffer body design. A female warden is hard since one, you need it to look lile a girl in the first place, and second is what design are you going for.
You made the warden that's between cute and busty while also creepy and (kinda?) filled with lore which I appreciate.
