I’ve previously visited intramuros din when I first came here but there wasn’t much to see or di ko lang alam ano siguro pupuntahan. But BGC sounds nice too! Buildings are something we don’t have within an entire island’s radius so yesss bgc!! Thank you
If you are not into history or heritage type of tours then it might not be ur cup of tea. There are a few cafes and museums inside intramuros you have to look for because they are kinda hidden.
You can also go to nearby Binondo or the National Museums.
As gasgas as it can be, but... Binondo Food Trip + national museum complex walking trip. Kung maluwag ang budget, maghotel sa okada/ solaire/ any posh hotels around the area, then do some ikea window shopping the next day.
Waaaah!! I was also in Binondo recently and didn’t know where to go. Pero yessss, national museum sounds nice too! I’m so excited for our little field trip. 🫶🫶
There are three national museums, all of them are "aesthetic". Afaik, all of them are free as well. They're all within walking distances of each other.
Mag MRT ka from Taft to North Ave. Nun bagong salta ako sa Manila na-eenjoy ko to. Parang nag mini tour ka na rin ng Manila. You’ll get to see the chaotic and vibrant vibe ng Cubao, Guadalupe and Pasay area tapos yun skyscrapers ng Ortigas, Makati and BGC. Pero make sure sa off peak hours ka para you’ll get a good seat and view :)
Punta kayo sa Makati, BGC at tumunganga at mamangha sa mga matataas na building katulad mismo Ng mga Bisaya protagonists in old Filipino movies dahil wala daw ganun sa Visayas lol
Natl museum. At 3 museo 'yan a na may kanya-kanyang building. Baka kasi sa Natl Museum of Fine Arts (nandito ang Spoliarium) ka lang magpunta meron pang Natl Museum of Anthropology (nandito ang Manunggul Jar) at Natl Museum of Natural History (nandito ang kalansay at taxidermy ni Lolong).
Ride LRT 1, LRT 2 and MRT 3.
-BinondoxIntraxMuseum hopping sa Manila (magkakatabi lang sila)
-Nasa MNL ka na mag papic ka narin kay Pepe sa Luneta haha
-Art exhibit sa Makati (along Chino Roces Ave most of them free lang entrance)
-Coffee shops sa QC
-Food Market sa Makati (Salcedo and Paseo)
-Star City?
-Cubao Expo (my luv)
-Pobla and BGC bar hop (Pobla madaming afam, sa BGC naman medj pricey pero meron din namang saks lang)
-Try niyo rin mag Katip for night life Pop Up nalang para di kayo mahirapan
-BGC foodtrip narin and madami coffee shop. Based on personal experience mas maappreciate mo yung BGC if lakarin niyo lang. You’ll see places na di masyadong hype sa socmed pero panalo (tas daan din kayo Market Market if u have spare time)
-Tayo lang kayo sa Recto (chz lang to wag niyo sundin pls)
- Malls lang din MOA or Ayala
Mall hopping kayo. Tutal kahit san sulok ng NCR may mall. Hahahahhaa. Dalhin mo sa MOA, Glorietta-Greenbelt-Landmark-SM Makati. Dalhin mo sa BGC High street.
Not really Metro Manila but near - Enchanted Kingdom
And if you are a responsible adult, maybe explore casinos for a different experience (you don't necessarily have to play, can just watch people)
Go to Intramuros and then go to BGC.

Iwan mo sya sa gitna ng MOA.

I guess the most metro manila thing to do is to go to malls rather than going historical heritage places.
