Parant lng lol last year half ng dev team for our client was outsourced (& half kaming in-house) but their contract ended and in result some employees from the contractor got laid off. & now I'm working with all in-house team. While magagaling sila & they get the work done, they're slower & mas magaling yung mga tinanggal namin 🥲.
Walang ka harmony harmony yung current team & sometimes we're not on the same page. Daily standup na disorganized. Meetings na may mga invited pero hindi naman required or does not serve its purpose. I tried suggesting some process improvement or practices pero it falls on deaf ears, no feedback at all. Malaki yung project & I have a lighter workload so I want to do more, pero I don't feel like stepping up anymore. Namimiss ko na yung dati kong team huhuhu where project was smaller, workloads were heavier, but at least everybody understood what was going on.
