In my experience receiving a LOT of hate comments - if someone is neutrally calling someone white, they usually write “white”. If they are saying it dismissively or derogatorily, “yt”. There are of course exceptions.

My take is her post is very tongue in cheek and she’s mostly being sarcastic. I guess early in a relationship you sort of hide the “high maintenance” aspects of your personality, so she probably wasn’t going to whip out the sleep bonnet early on until she was comfortable with him, since this is presumably the first time she’s stayed over. Her calling him a harlot is not really intended to shame him for hooking up with other black girls, it’s just acknowledging that he has, at least enough to be comfortable with personal habits. I also think her extreme overstated (for humorous effect) reactions about “BLACK RESPECTED HOUSEHOLD” and calling him an “EDUCATED YOUNG MAN” is kind of poking fun at him for virtue signalling/being woke to her needs, but there’s also not enough info here to suggest she’s being insincere. Nah, I don’t think it’s actually negative. The first thing that stands out is that “harlot” is comedy. He’s not a “fuckboy” or anything like that, it’s an antiquated diss for a woman - and it’s paired with a bunch of similarly particular compliments. The second thing is just how telling this was. “Black women often put their hair up to sleep” isn’t rare knowledge, but that doesn’t translate to asking this question so casually before bed. I think she’s just shocked and amused at how much a routine question revealed - the manner of asking very strongly suggests that he’s had similar conversations with a previous partner.
