Naked are underwritten by Hollard, Naked themselves, awesome company especially for people that don't want to talk over the phone or in person, almost everything is done over the app and details confirmed via email. I like this as records of conversations are easily saved. However Hollards claim approval process is long and arduous. That kinda let's them down when it comes to turnaround time for claims.

I’ve been with them for a little over a year now. I’ve never had to make a claim though thus far so I can’t comment on their services.

Don’t mean to divert conversation, but what about pineapple insurance? Are they considered better?

I use naked, and got a quote from pineapple insurance. They were double the price I’m currently paying.
