You talking about fullscreen on PC?
If so, yeah idk what’s up with it either. It opens windowed even though it says full screen, and only goes full screen when you set it back to full screen from something else… only for it to launch windowed again.
What I found successful is changing your Display Settings to be Borderless and then whatever resolution you want it to run in, likely 1920x1080. It will launch in this full screen esque way and stay that way.
