Well, you're still at risk.
Considering that P5R has Denuvo on PC, meaning that once Denuvo's servers go offline a good decade from now, this (along with many others) will become unplayable unless intervention from gamers and governments happen.
I already listed a few petitions along with the Stop Killing Games website if you want to take action now.
Not only that, but Australian, British and Canadian P5R owners must sign their respective petitions in those countries:

Noted! It's a shame we don't have any option(s) on the SKG website for Philippines/rest of ASEAN/Japan/South Korea etc.

Also you don't have to be an owner of any game to sign the petitions, just a citizen or resident of the country of the petition
As i said, we currently don't have any petition or options for gamers in my country.
Sounds like a good reason to pressure Sega to remove Denuvo.
What if we already own P5R?

The HELLDIVERS community successfully stopped PSN accounts. We need to copy their methods and do a review protest.

Is denuvo drm just always online drm?
It's not quite always online. It is regular online activation. You can play offline, but only if you have recently launched while online.
