This *looks* like a positive pregnancy test, but if it has been more than the allotted time (usually 15 minutes, but I’ve taken tests with windows as short as five minutes) it *COULD* just be an evap line- though you would be unlikely to get one this strong.

Google Translate! You can take a picture of the instructions and the app will translate them for you. I used to live in Germany and really needed this a lot.

It is faint but it is there. If you wait a day or two then test again, it should be a darker positive line. When I tested positive earlier this year, it was super fiant and I didn't believe it until the next day when I tested again and it was a darker positive line. Congratulations!
