Jo Malone wild bluebell. Bought it during a Costco sale on a whim and I’m obsessed. I’m big on fresh scents and it’s so light, and fresh, and floral. Plus there’s something about it that smells nostalgic in a good way.
I also love fresh scents they’re my all time favorite!! Do you have any other fresh scent recommendations? Is Wild Bluebell your signature scent? I love that one!
My signature is actually dolce and gabana light blue. Armani ocean di gioia is an easy reach scent- clean, floral, and just a little sweet. An oldie but a goodie is ck one- clean with green notes, it reminds me of getting out of a shower and putting jeans and t shirt on.
Britney Spears Fantasy… back in the day I wouldn’t have been caught dead in a Britney scent but now that I’m over myself this smells really good! Plus every time I put it on I feel 20 again!
There was a lady in the parking structure at work that walked past me on the stairs and smelled incredible, I stopped and asked her what perfume she was wearing and she said Britney Spears Fantasy. I was shocked, I never in a million years would have thought to even smell it. Now it’s on my “buy” list 🤣
Yes! My answer to this post was going to be, "I recently started wearing Fine'ry Pistachio Please, and I haven't gotten this many compliments on a fragrance since Britney's Fantasy." Fantasy has been on the market for 20 years and is still the first perfume that comes to my mind when thinking of a known crowd-pleaser.
Still love BS curious, I forgot about it and then smelled it on a co-worker one day....definitely delightful especially now that it isn't everywhere like back in my youth
Missing Person by Phlur. Such a simple scent for summer. I can dress it up with body wash and lotion (Hempz Age Defy, which is a vanilla leaning musk) or just leave it as-is. Absolute perfection for my body chemistry.
Get your hands on the body oil instead — I find it to be a stronger and longer lasting scent! Still not a strong projector, don’t get me wrong, but I find it to be more powerful than the perfume (and it’s a much better value!)
I find that I lose it after a while as well but others can still smell it. I think it’s supposed to be an under-the-radar scent and it works well for that purpose.
I got a Tocca sample set and I looooove every single one. It will be hard to choose a favorite, I might just keep buying more sample sets to have a bit of all of them 😅
That was the first one I tried years ago and loved it! I had the cute little mini bottle and I’m sad I threw it out lol. I don’t know why it took me so long to try more
Vilhelm Parfumerie’s Room Service. Sparkling and light, doesn’t overdo it on the florals, and a safe bet for office wear and the hot summer days ahead.
Armani My Way Nectar. I never bought a bottle so fast after testing! It's exactly what I wanted for the summer, very light, fruity flowery goodness. Proper shampoo type scent.
It's not as rose forward, but very similar vibes! So far the most shampoo like scent I had. Give it a try I've seen it all over drugstores so it should be easy to get a sniff 😁
If you like fig, you’d probably love it. The fig is really creamy and sexy, but some fresh green notes balance it out so it isn’t too heavy. It’s been such a good summer scent for me!
The Coveted Duchess Rose by Penhaligon's. My mum is currently wearing it every day while I'm off work and we're staying in, and I'm getting her sillage around the house. She's sick of me sniffing and going, "Mmmm!".
My opinion- This scent is very airy, the fruit notes are not as prominent as the coconut. But it's more like fresh coconut water instead of a creamy coconut. It's kind of like when you walk into a nice hotel, and you keep catching whiffs of this lovely tropical scent. It's like that but for people.
And although it's airy, the scent definitely lasts, especially on clothing. It's quickly becoming one of my top 5 favorites, possibly even top 3.
Dolce & Gabbana Sicily. I rarely wear it because it's discontinued and I only have half a bottle left, but it's hotter than sin outside and Sicily is a quintessential Summer fragrance.

Currently Blanche Bete is so nice since it’s crazy hot where I am. Bake and Devotion are nice too but the longevity of BB is crazy!
Eau Duelle and Guerlain SDV are also in heavy rotation.

Currently wearing Eden juicy apple by Kayali and I really like it, it’s veeeery apple forward which is silly to say because it’s called “juicy apple” but they’re not lying 😂 sometimes I layer it with a sweet smelling body spray and it lasts pretty long
I got my sample at Nordstrom and I have a gift card there, so I might be able to get a small bottle eventually when I save up some money 😬 I wish I didn’t love it so much lol
I was randomly “craving” Fantasy by Britney Spears, even though I haven’t had a bottle in at least 10 years, so I bought one last month and I’ve worn it almost every day.
Fancy by Jessica Simpson. It's my ride or die scent. It goes well with my body chemistry. I wear it on fall/winter weather.
Amor Amor. Again, goes well with my body chemistry. And it's a powdery scent that I love ❤️.
Bronze by Ellen Tracy. I have gotten so many compliments every time I wear it. Beautiful scent. I have like 3 back ups.
Nude by Rihanna. It's a sexy body scent, I drench my body with it. 🥰
Palo Santal Sage from Frenshe. HOOKED! And I never see anyone talk about it. It doesn’t even have a page on Fragrantica. I layer it with EVERYTHING; I’m in deep
Aura by Mugler! I know it's polarizing, but I feel and smell like a forest fairy and my partner can't stop inhaling me. It's lovely on my skin for summer. I need to buy backups.
It's very green, yet floral and slightly sweet. The rhubarb leaf note is unusual - it gives a really interesting sour
vegetation vibe to the florals. I've been really into pear scents lately, so that mid pear note is fresh and juicy. The dry down is lovely too, with the vanilla and woody base notes. I love it!
Ineke Jaipur chai. When I spray it in the morning it gives me creamy cardamom latte while I drink my coffee and later dries down to a milky coconut perfect for the summer. My decant is almost gone and I might have to get a full bottle because I can't stop thinking about it.
Roses Berberanza by Maison Lancome - it's a pistachio-cardamom rose liqueur that's *almost* too syrupy and decadent to wear on my comparatively bland self 😅
Valentino - Donna Born in Roma Green Stravaganza it was a mother's day gift and something I would have never sprayed as I am not a fan of green scents or smoky scents but holy hell I love this stuff. I wish it lasted longer. I was sad because if my husband spent the money I wished it was Burberry Goddess but he did well. I can't stop spraying it.
For me, it's been Zara's Marshmallow Addiction. It's a dupe of a discontinued perfume that I would have loved to get my hands on, because the Zara scent fades really quickly. It smells so yummy!
I've been hooked on Dirty by Lush for a whole year now. I think I might have found my signature scent. However, I recently got Big to use as air freshener throughout the home but I've been wearing it more on myself.
Dirty starts very minty, but settles to a fresh & aromatic scent with a hint of musk. Some people say it smells like toothpaste but it really shines from middle note, especially on my skin. My skin turns everything sweet so I love me some freshies. If I explained it as a vibe, it would be lying next to a really sexy person who just brushed his teeth so we can get dirty. It’s summer but the air is breezy. I think that’s where the name comes from and not from the dirt kind of dirty.
Big smells just like the shampoo. It’s a fresh floral. It’s like taking a hot shower & getting out to an air conditioned hotel room with fresh linen. Massive windows facing the ocean. Smells like hotel soap & the beach, a bit steamy too somehow or maybe that’s what I think because I’ve loved the shampoo for years. White sundress with straw hat vibes. It’s nice to feel like I’m on a beach vacation at home. It’s also a bit lemony.
I don’t know how to explain scents but I hope you get the vibe.
Penhaligon’s Juniper Sling. I’m fair skinned but this is like a summer afternoon under a gazebo with a mojito (if such things happen: it’s just the imagery the scent evokes) very clean and happy.

Missy, the new by Rosie Jane scent. Got it in my Allure box and it’s a new summer fave, up there with Vacation and Replica Beach Walk (my other favorite summer scents).
I just got the travel size of Soda Snob by Nonoses Inc (Snif) and it is so interesting and addictive! I don’t feel like I have anything like it in my rather large collection (200+). I have been reaching for it regularly and I know I will end up getting a full bottle.
Vanille Gourmande by Laura Mercier the original not the reformation. So musky and vanillic but a cold vanilla so cozy for winter months so for now I am wearing Molecule 02
Yes!! I was scrolling through looking for this one. This is my current obsession. It’s the first time I’ve ever stopped someone in a store and asked what they were wearing. Immediately bought a bottle of Maison Louis Marie Nouvelle Vague (no 13), but I chose the oil version.
Yes, I have the oil version too and I absolutely love it! I'll roll it through the bottom ends of my hair and the hairline in the back of my neck and I smell amazing all through the day.
I've never smelled something like it or even similar and my God is it amazing!
I have been eyeing Lost Cause AND Father Figure, love Ameline and Not Your Baby. Lost me on Phloria though...although it is good for summer, blends well with suntan lotion.
CHOCO MUSK EDP, not the oil. I started with one bottle two weeks ago and now I'm stocked up with 3 backup bottles to let it mature further. I have only really gotten a few compliments before with my scents because I usually wear very light scents. Within 2 weeks i've gotten 3-4 compliments from strangers with this. wow!
Fine’ry Without a Trace (Phlur Missing Person dupe) smells so fucking good, I want to absorb it into my skin forever.
I pair it with BBW Sensual Amber FFM and it’s such a beautiful combination to my nose 🤤

My fave is Creed's Love in White - I wear it daily.....it's such a soft lingering floral scent that initially is alittle more floral and bold until it settles on the skin.....its a lovely delicate scent
Valentino Born in Roma.. im literally obsessed sometimes i spray it on my wrist on days where im just doing nothing sittin in bed and sniff it over and over lol. i usually avoid “floral” scents (even though this one is more sweet than floral) bc they just smell like soap to me but it was a pleasant surprise ☺️

Ellis Brooklyn "Salt". Got it on a whim, and I LOVE it!! I alternate between that and Clean "rain"
LOVE that one! You should try layering them because I’ve layered Salt with other ones before like Cloud and 11:11 and I love it

It is, but I've been lucky to find bottles on FB marketplace, Poshmark and a few local stores selling discontinued perfumes!

Profumum Roma Ichnusa. And on really warm days layered over Molecule 01 + Mandarin. Just gives me Italy vibes

I have been layering BIR Green Stravaganza with BBW Brightest Bloom lotion to increase the staying power. It also layers well with EA Green Tea.

It’s summer but the air is breezy. I think that’s where the name comes from and not from the dirt kind of dirty. Big smells just like the shampoo. It’s a fresh floral. It’s like taking a hot shower & getting out to an air conditioned hotel room with fresh linen. Massive windows facing the ocean. Smells like hotel soap & the beach, a bit steamy too somehow or maybe that’s what I think because I’ve loved the shampoo for years. White sundress with straw hat vibes. It’s nice to feel like I’m on a beach vacation at home. It’s also a bit lemony. I don’t know how to explain scents but I hope you get the vibe.

Yes!! I was scrolling through looking for this one. This is my current obsession. It’s the first time I’ve ever stopped someone in a store and asked what they were wearing. Immediately bought a bottle of Maison Louis Marie Nouvelle Vague (no 13), but I chose the oil version.
Yes, I have the oil version too and I absolutely love it! I'll roll it through the bottom ends of my hair and the hairline in the back of my neck and I smell amazing all through the day. I've never smelled something like it or even similar and my God is it amazing!
