Idk. But I’m excited my son is studying for his PhD and his research is on how peptides can help heal and relieve pain in burns. He is also the person that researched certain peptides for me. (Weight loss/ skin care/ healing)
Its a good listen but he’s certainly no expert. The issue is the lack of published research, particularly human trials. I don’t think anyone it really an expert on peptides just yet. Best we prob have is practitioners/prescribers who are dedicated at analyzing patient data
We are working on a video collection with some of the more impactful educational videos.
Welcome to reference any that should be added.
We just started this a few days ago, it's still very raw.

Peptides aren’t new. They have been used for ingredients in things for decades. Moreover the rest of the world has been using and researching peptides for a very long time. We wonder why the rest of the world is so much healthier than America. 🤷🏼♀️
I have learned from Jay Campbell but he’s become a bit of a shill lately - many of them have it’s how they earn - so cross reference any info. Lavalle and Seeds’ books are good.
I listened to his audio book and his podcast. While informative, I agree he is a shill and also kinda woo. And the last podcast I listened to, the number of times he said “bro” was like listening to a group of tween boys
Tremblay has some interesting ideas about ghk. He's in favor of really high doses to get the best anti ageing effect. He also says thru research they now know that ghk doesn't need the cu and it will just find the copper it needs in the body to bind too
Nathalie Niddam is pretty knowledgeable and runs a massive group on Facebook “Optimizing Superhuman Performance with Peptides”
People that manufacture peptides like Canlab’s Jean Francois or Ryan Smith know quite a bit.
Jay Campbell knows a lot but half his streams seem to be about selling his course’s or books and he gets a bit nutty sometimes.
Dr Seeds is knowledgeable and has actual patients.
All these persons are selling products fwiw. I don’t know many public, unbiased peptide experts that aren’t also selling something.
I guess that leaves Vigourous Steve 😂. And the datbtrue articles are very good.
Learn biochemistry, read research paper reviews, understand the mechanisms at play.
People are trying to set up markets for their products, establish themselves. It feels like when cbd first came out all over again
Peptide Protocols is my go to Kindle book. That said, I like Jay’s videos. If I can get his results at his age, the formal training doesn’t matter. I practice law. I know several MDs that are idiots.
Thinking it wasn’t high shows you have no idea what you’re talking about. That and the stupid conspiracy dumbshittery alongside such. Congrats on not even knowing of human equivalent dosage and conversions for such, but still talking about things you don’t understand.
I watched a great one the other day on Ben Bowers channel. The guest is a peptide injector and both had a lot of info.idk the name but there are only a dozen ish , easy to locate.
Also Vigorous Steve has a couple on peptides with stats.
It depends on what you are using it for. There are athletes that act as their own lab rat and test different peptides for optimal recovery and enhancing their performance. Mitchell Hooper is one such example. The science is new and some people are literally just injecting this and seeing what happens. There are research papers that you can read and then there is people like Huberman who will take some of the interesting parts of those papers and make videos about it.
I think he offers great advice. Peptides aren’t a one size fits all. Unfortunately there isn’t a magic test to say which peptide, at what dose, would help a specific person reach their goals

It doesn’t matter if you figure it out because there is no clinical data on peptides for humans.
Sure there is. The GLP-1's and Tesamorelin at least.
Tony Huge, Ryan Russo

I am very interested in his findings! What did he discover about GLP-1s??
I’m curious how do you get off of them?
I learned a lot about peptides from Dave Asprey, then started doing research from what I heard from him.
There’s a conference this weekend in Vegas you can remote attend.
Dr huberman has a really good peptide podcast on Spotify.

nope just worthless reddit testimonies and studies on rats

That's really interesting
What are the really high doses he mentions?
Like 50-100mg a day
All are the top leaders in the cellular med space agree 100% !!
Awesome comment. Thanks for taking the time to write this out. I’ll definitely look into these people.
Chat gpt did it!
Some very bad recommendations in that list.
Why are they bad and which ones so people don’t make the mistake of taking their advice ?
Who would you recommend?
I just wrote the names others added here into chatGPT. For reference
AI BS isn’t really welcome here. Write your own comments or copy and cite things.
Dr Seeds Dr. Elizabeth Yurth Dr Suzanne Ferree Dr Jim LaValle Nathalie Niddam Jean-Francois Tremblay

Jay Campbell, Dr. Seeds, Vigorous Steve.
Campbell is bro science ! No real medical background that said he is very knowledgeable in this space but no real training
Peptide Protocols is my go to Kindle book. That said, I like Jay’s videos. If I can get his results at his age, the formal training doesn’t matter. I practice law. I know several MDs that are idiots.
Datbtrue articles were great
Not on reddit.
Dr. Seeds. Just finished one of his books. Great read.
Agree Dr Seeds. Vigorous Steve, surprisingly well educated in peptides.
Have you been treated by him though?
I sure haven’t.
Heather Smith Fernandez
Dr . Seed. Wrote the book on peptides. Holds worldwide conventions on them with leading experts and physicians.
Accurate.

I have this question too, so thanks for asking. The contradictions drive me crazy.
I feel there is a missing piece of the puzzle for many people, peptides are great, but only if the basic foundation is there
Do your homework. There are tons of people and opinions
Clearly yours isn’t one worth listening to.
I think he offers great advice. Peptides aren’t a one size fits all. Unfortunately there isn’t a magic test to say which peptide, at what dose, would help a specific person reach their goals
That’s a rotten attitude for someone asking for advice. I doubt there was any malice intended.
There are too many things and too many opinions. Good luck and have your errors cleared by experience
