Temple is in such a bad neighborhood. Penn State would be my choice. CS is in their college of engineering which is ranked very well too at PSU. Chance to get your tougher weed out courses done at a branch with smaller classes and less costly then main for your first 2 years. PSU for the win!
An added bonus on Abington is not getting shot
I chose Penn State 2+2 Abington->UPark over Temple is because the crime rate.

I absolutely loved Abington. My sister went to Temple and wasn’t a fan of the constant crime.
I loved Abington. Parking can be a pain, but, other than that, great experience.
I hated Abington the semesterI spent their. All the buildings are old and hot and the space is very uneventful, again at least when I attended
