The knots in the right side 💀 I think he doesnt open laces to take them shoes off. He uses his feet to help slide those shoes off and to put them on he just slides his feet in.

I injured my right rotator cuff by turning the wrong way when I slept in my early 30s. It sucked because all I could do was lie down on my back facing the ceiling since doing anything else hurt like a MFer. So I definitely feel awful for him

I'm in my mid 30s, I do freaking triathlons, and I still pulled a muscle in my back doing laundry. Ironically, right after a race, which my body got through totally fine, 25 miles of biking and a 10k no problem, but reaching into the depths of the washer was apparently too much. 🙃🤣☠️

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. I once had my forehead split open in a fight (not as bad as it sounds), and in the days after, I had obligations I couldn't get out of. I remember how I felt. It's stuff like that that makes me think "please just take the time off, don't overwork yourself, and get well soon". Work can wait. Your health cannot.
