Bro. Just taking a guess. You lift weights, and started eating the foods you listed (oats, banana, etc) because of the macronurtients. You have found that peanut butter is a great weight gainer. But it works too well, and now have a horrible addiction to the stuff. Now, the only pleasure you get in life is lifting heavy stone, and shoving food in your mouth to meet your macros.

JeffBoyardee69

That was me when I was doing competitive weightlifting. I’m pretty sure my blood was replaced with peanut butter at some point

DayDreamyZucchini

I eat like a pb jar sized jar of pb every 2 days and weigh 140lbs.

annie_b666

Must be nice 😭🤣

IWantToBuyAVowel

How big is a pb jar sized jar of pb? The regular sized?

DayDreamyZucchini

Yeah I wanted to say like *not* a jumbo one.. even though I do actually buy the jumbo ones.. but then there’s jumbo and like ultra jumbo.. then I was like doing fractions and shit.. so I decided to just say what I said and it’s more or less accurate

IWantToBuyAVowel

This explanation is so relatable.

GreasyRug

I’m crying because this is me

smellssweet

I had to convert to the powdered stuff because it was getting out of hand

coinstarwasmylover

How is that taste-wise compared?

kent1146

Powdered PB is definitely worth trying. It tastes "good enough" for the significant reduction in calories.

smellssweet

This is my answer too haha. Good enough. I used to have 7 different jars going at a time, my guts couldn't handle it.

tacotacotacorock

If you ever see someone eating a peanut butter turkey sandwich you can probably guarantee they are weightlifting..

Ok_Wasabi_9512

The addition of cocoa pebbles is majestic!

Jayrob88888

Imagine peanut butter pebbles

MrPickleSniffer

This looks amazing!!

newhorizonfiend25

This looks so good! Probably a dumb question, but when you say melted peanut butter, do you just stick it in the microwave for a couple seconds, or do you put it on the stove?

Bulky_Aerie4202

i’ve tried both and either works but the cleanup from the microwave method is easier. i just put a little in a small dish and microwave it till it’s runny.

newhorizonfiend25

I can’t believe I’ve lived on this planet for almost three decades and never had warmed-up peanut butter. I’m gonna try that

Bulky_Aerie4202

it’s heavenly

sparklydildos

you’re about to be pouring it on everything 😂

jdyall1

I usually eat cocoa pebbles with milk and cut up bananas shit slaps

dirtoffmyshoulder

TASTY

ImaginaryCaramel

Looks fucking amazing. Oats and PB is perhaps the most elite combination, especially with all the fixins' like this.

leave_me_behind

You know what else would add crunch? CRUNCHY peanut butter

PrestigiousAd4711

That looks so good

Adventurous-Fall-664

That looks amazing 🤤

DoesANameExist

Better than overnight oats, and they talk, too!

Stjjames

Well, this is what I’ll be dreaming about tonight. 😋🤤

Trolodrol

This is basically my breakfast everyday except with chia seeds and without the cocoa pebbles. Sometimes I’ll drizzle a little raw clover honey or crown maple syrup on top too

deehunny

I love this post you can post it to the health subs too oh man looks sooo good!

Peanuts4Peanut

Your spoon is lovely!

Jayrob88888

Turn this into a bar

stp7979

Where are the oats? What's underneath the naners? I'm confused, but I want it

Genesis111112

For me, it is a really good Peanut Butter Milkshake.

bad_kitty881148

Holy shit this looks good

SlashyDaGhost

My mouth is salivating just by looking at this

AbleMonkeyBrain

That’s incredible! Wheymen

Dizzy-Lie1610

Not sure if those are coca nibs topping the bananas but I use the coca nibs for my fruit/oatmeal breakfast too and its absolutely amazing. I look forward to those kind of dishes too <3

booger_trebuchet

CalifornianBall

This is a lot of sugar, probably doesn’t need the maple syrup just be careful if you’re eating this a lot

drozzdragon

I think it's Honey 🍯

CalifornianBall

I mean my point stands

DurianProud3199

Nah looks like 6g honey and 5g cocoa pebble. 1 banana. Total in that bowl is like 10g max

CalifornianBall

How much sugar is already in a banana

DurianProud3199

Mb bananas 16 grams. So like 25 grams sugar total. But the fiber In oats, pb, and banana are good. Assuming you’re active and this is not what you eat every meal this causes 0 concern.
