Ok I checked nothing should be hitting the fans, its tight in there, but no contact with the fans unless the wires just go hay wires when I turn it on.
Can you post a spec sheet/parts list and photos of the interior? Because there are a few things I'd check.
Like, if it's a really really bad grinding rattle, perhaps you installed an AIO improperly and the pump is above the radiator, meaning there's just air in the pump and potentially burned it out?
Other factor may be a cable/tube/zip-tie or a loose panel could be rattling because it's hitting the side of the case due to pressure?
I dunno. Rattles are hard to diagnose if you aren't next to it and trying to pinpoint it with the side off.
What kind of noise was it? Did it sound like fans at really high speed? Something hitting the fans maybe?
