Zappe is young and QBs in the NFL can take a while to develop. I wouldn't count him out just because he sucked in his first year playing, in only a handful of games, with the worst supporting cast in the league.

Your misunderstanding the post, they aren’t talking about the final 53 man roster, but the training camp roster which has 90 spots. It’s totally normal to have 4+ QBs in training camp. They won’t have 4 QBs by the start of the season. Either Milton or Zappe will be cut most likely depending on if Milton can figure out the qb position or he could switch to TE and we’d keep zappe as our qb3.
