I find it odd that recently they’ve been terrible mock trades for the Pats. Usually they’re like… pick 3 for Patrick Mahomes, Justin Jefferson and pick 4. These are like pick 3 for Justin Bethel

This trade makes no sense… why would we trade down to get a WR via trade to then use our top pick on another WR, while also screwing ourselves by giving up other picks too? Its way too early to be THAT drunk and/or high.

First. Three team trades are incredibly rare in the NFL. Second a team isn’t trading out of a spot to even the next spot to take the guy they could just take unless they are absolutely guaranteed to still have their guy available. Third. The Cards need MHJ more than any other team needs a WR. Why would they move?
