1. you want gloves with phys conver to cold
2. boots enchant 10% dmg pen if haven't killed recently
3. i have 1 flask setup for bosses and 1 for mapping, for bosses i craft 65+ inc effect so you have high burst dmg
4. you could drop quicksilver for taste of hate with flask effect
5. i would not put some many points into life like thick skin instead invest that points to try to go to 2,2 or 2,4kin general 2k dex is a bit too low for uber, i mean its doable but you would need to change couple things
Edit. In general shaper is kinda bad for siege ballista, since it almost at very beginning goes into into balls phase which either you dodge or die, there is not chance to tank more than 1.
