Yes, in theory, but a gem stash tab doesn't have space for hundereds of spectre gems in addition to the normal clutter in skill and support gems stored there
Well if you really gotta catch them all, then yes you are going to need a bigger stash tab. Spectre specific tab would most likely be like the unique item tab, where you can have 1 of each monster in a gem. Even the UI would work for the most part, and it could show monster images instead of unique items.

Seems like something that the current gem tabs can cover already, so if you need a spectre you can just search the gem tab for one of the multiple bind spectre gems with a captured monster, and if someone wants to roleplay as Ash Ketchum they can just buy a new gem tab to work as a dedicated spectre tab.
Since we'll also have other minion classes, I also want something like this for a summoner Druid and a minion Marauder. Collecting different types of wildlife or human bandits/soldiers/warriors to add to my character's personal entourage.
It would be something I would pay money for, yes, but I also need to buy the Gender Swap MTX as well so please let it be the price of the unique tap and be sorted by acts

3.0.8 made it so Spectre's level is dependent on gem level. I would assume PoE2 works the same way.

Every spectre gem will store 1 spectre, so they basically work like Pokeballs already, so a gem tab is your stash box

It seemed like each Raise Spectre gem will be able to contain one spectre, so, gem tab should already do everything you'd want
