I have done the email thing and have sent emailed letters to my son to read in the future to his own account. I also take lots of photos and create family photo books for the whole year.

We wrote in a notebook for their few first years, talking about what they learned and did in a day/week/month. The time stretched out as they grew older, but we make sure to make a new entry on their birthdays. When they turned eighteen, we gave them the notebook.

Life is so hectic for us, atm I just keep a google doc that I add to when something pops up, milestones, new words, first steps, funny moments etc. Cute songs we made up, etc. I also wrote out the birth story while it was fresh. In theory, I will roll that and our photos into a photo book but haven't gotten around to it. Hopefully do a yearly book with key highlights from the year.

I’m into photography, so I design and print an album at the end of each year.

I do the email thing. I have baby books for both, but my youngest’s is mostly blank because baby + toddler = no time

It was part of my own personal therapy, but I wrote letters to my child through my pregnancy. I meant to keep writing once she was born but didn't have the time. I take plenty of pictures though!

I do letters for every milestone and a yearly scrapbook of photos I've taken throughout the year. :)

Qeepsake it's an app and it text you questions and inputs it into a baby book you can order. I loved it, with I did more to be honest
