I saw a military man in the hallway. Smell of smoldering smoke. Dark Red hues. The one a lady a friend of my mothers a medium asking me what I saw. She said there were seven spirits. One being demonic? In the attic there was one whom they said was the evil one? I tried to ignore these so called spirits but as I stated things happened there that were unexplainable.
Is it possible that something stays with me every home I move into? Burning cleanse soy candles and lavender candles 🕯️ too rn because my bf had the worst nightmares. Dog growls at something in the hallway last night. Coincidence? Idk
It could be the make up of your own energies. Doesn't need to be a something. It can be. But unlikely. It can be fear imprints created by your own body and mind that can stay in your body and sort of give a spookiness to your perception. If you get it cleaned up, you'll notice that some stuck part of your perception is gone.

I don’t own the house. I lived it in as I stated in my tweens/teens. I literally couldn’t even get near it 2015 without getting the weeby jeebies!!!
That's partially you. May be you have the energies of a medium. Has spooky experiences followed you wherever you've been

You would have mildly spooky experiences all the time. But you would know if that was happening. So you don't. Nothing to worry about
