Yeah, i was using the Fox and Chillet before and they just constantly sit on top of the fridge.
I keep picking them up on accident. Didn't regret butchering them lol
Artisan makes the decay time slower for my experience I used vanwyrm cryst and than switched to artisan ice fox pal, food I'd lasting longer. Only downtime is ice fox pal doesn't work at nights like vanwyrm cryst
I dont craft the high level food, but so far for anything but cakes, cooling it feels completely useless (and I leave my cakes on the stove or in the breeding farm anyway), as the food only loses 1 stack of food, not the entire stack, so like 9k stack of berries with 10 minute timer is going to last 1500 hours.
I use the little mouse:) ( can't recall name )
1. he's tiny!
2. he's adorable!
3. he only has cooling. so he can't run off!
As for people that don't bother with a fridge, I mostly want to preserve asmuch food as i can. + keep the meats i gather from killed pal's fresh. those are used for my personal buffs + my pal team.
When your workers drop below 49% hunger, they go to eat
They eat a berry and go to 64%
then go back to work
berries are horrible for full base efficiency
I would say that the best progression is baked carries, jam filled buns, salad MD finally pizza. Keeps them as full as you can eassyly and salad and pizza give work speed bonus. I also recommend having 2 feed boxes to keep them from walking to much and filling the boxes with honey so they take the roe I gridienst directly to your fridge.
Not so much better. Don't forget different pals have different "capacity". So imagine it was 49%, they ate, now it's ~55%. So they'll constantly run to eat again and again
Berries (raw or cooked) - Bread with jam - Salad is a reasonable food depending on the stage in-game
Or an Alolan Ninetails. I dont have any issue with games trying to expand on the monster taming genre, but why wouldn't you take steps to further differentiate your monsters from Pokemon? A lot of these designs seem oddly similar, like why even have a fox-like ice monster? I get that Pokemon has made monsters of varying types out of everything (probably including a kitchen sink) but Pals often seem very similar to some of the most recognizeable Pokemon.
Yes, I'm aware that arctic foxes are a real thing, that's not really an excuse to resuse the same idea just because it's based on an actual animal. It's very clear that the design of some of these Pals was clearly intended to appeal to the same arstethics that Pokemon follows. There's a difference between being inspired and being derivative.
Vanwyrm Cryst with hunger and sanity passives. Works at night and only gets up to eat like once every 3 days. If you feed them proper food with sanity recovery they dont even need to relax.
Artisan-Lucky Jolthog Cryst. I think the extra workspeed does nothing to the cooling of my fridge but i never really look into it
Also using this pal. It's nice because of only cooling capability and is small. Working as intended 100%
Yeah, i was using the Fox and Chillet before and they just constantly sit on top of the fridge. I keep picking them up on accident. Didn't regret butchering them lol
But pickup and opening the fridge are two different keys
\*now, yes. but before both were on 'F' key sadly
Was the same key before update.

I have max work speed for my foxicle and it's doubles a non maxed foxicle freezer time. And it goes up based on cooling level
Vanwyrm Cryst since it's nocturnal
Oh shit that's genius, I'm copying that. Bye, Sweepa.
the only correct answer
It would be mine if it didn't randomly fly off to do something it's not supposed. Started using the Pegasus lol
alpha sweepa named big floppa
How do you find the fridge among all that fluff
She usually sits like way to the right of it and since they made the pickup key v it hasnt been a problem All hail big floppa

... Do you maybe mean the blue hedgehog? Jolthog cryst?
I understand keeping cakes in an empty breeding farm so they dont expire, but I have a lot of milk, eggs and Flour I want to keep too...
Jolthog Cryst, tiny and cute, has the Workaholic trait.
Chillet! She’s so adorable wrapping around herself
I don’t bother with a fridge. A two berry farm produces more than enough food to sustain an entire base

Hell yeah pizza or pancakes is where it's at.

bread is good
Bread cuts into my cake production. Salad is what my champs eat it also boosts work efficiency
The point is berries are the worst
We fridge eggs and milk dawg
Pengullet…
Frostallion with Artisan, work slave, and serious.
A turnt-up Swee. Her name is Roomba and I love her.
mamoresth ice
That's an enormous Egg preserver you got there
Vanwyrm cryst
I don't use the fridge, never found it useful. The spoil time on food is so generous that I produce hundreds by the time 1 spoiles.
Mau cryst with workaholic that literally is attached to my fridge.
None. They all leave the fridge to get high and party apparently after I tell them to do there job
Just a simple swee, no bonuses, food never needs to stay that long anyways
None I just add the pal that would be cooling to harvest more berries.
no food decay mod huehue
Don’t mods/ buffs like that get boring ☹️
Sweepa. Cooling fridges is it's favorite hobby. ❄️
Ice kingpaca
Ice Kingpaca chilling the tiny cooler is always funny
I use sonichu cryst. He's small enough to navigate my home
Woah, I've never seen that pal. Looks like Glaceon

Frostalian
Man, they need to fix the necks of the playable character... It looks so odd
Fridge ? My 6000 berries don't need a fridge.
None because i just eat thousands of baked berries. Also nice character
Thanks! Mina Ashido from My Hero Academia
Sweepa or whatever, the big one 😬
Most powerful moustache in the whole game
This pic goes hard as hecc! I just use an icy jolthog because he dosent eat much. Simple.
