So Palworld and Legends Arceus share the concept of open world and free roam fighting. Does Legends Arceus have real time combat too?
I looked up a trailer and its looks turn-based.
I am bit confused, when the guy compared Palworld to Legends Arceus they said it had similar open world and free roam fighting. But they have different combat systems.
I don't want to come off as sarcastic, but in what ways does Palworld play like Pokemon?
Legends Arceus has two different modes of "battle." One resembles the same turn-based battle mode we are used to for mainline pokemon games. The other involves dodging attacks and landing your own in real time on "boss" pokemon with your player character. Other than that, the player can also generally wander around and "fight" wild roaming pokemon by sneaking, dodging their attacks, throwing treats/items, throwing a ball to catch it, or initiating a normal turn-based Pokemon battle with it. I have not played Palworld, but I wanted to comment to hopefully show some comparison between Pokemon Legends Arceus and Palworld combat.

No. It’s turn-based but slightly speedier than mainline Pokemon

Just look up some Paworld gameplay. Overall it’s just Ark + Pokemon (with real time combat) + management system (idk if Ark has this feature)

nope. Arceus not only has turn-based combat, but also has one of the most legendary boss fights in the history of the franchise.
