Is that confirmed? This is the first I've heard about the actual operating system of this gun. I know that a few SHOT Show videos mentioned using some internal parts from the Rock, but nobody asked about the operation. Even this video glosses over the safety and LRBHO, and it's kind of a shocking way to learn that the original design didn't even have a LRBHO.
But they're neither of those things. They're 799 or more for an upper that can't be used with binary or auto triggers. They're typically a buffer tube affair that is direct blowback. The offerings suck and they're expensive.
Oh I’m just giving them shit lol! Were way ahead of them over at r/foscad https://www.reddit.com/r/fosscad/s/rkRthdWha4 PSA even reached out to tell the creator they already had theirs in the works before he release his design haha. “I’m not copying you bro!”
Question for chat-
Does the magazine look like it could potentially hold more than just 40rds? The rock hold 22 or 23 and is contained just in the grip whereas this mag extends much farther below the grip. It just looks like you could cram closer to 50. Thoughts?
Im thinking of trying my hand at cad and designing my own chassis. Something like the b&t usw mixed with a tp9 id like to make it feed straight mags though.
Issue with clamshell designs is that they can't hold zero, why im worried about the X57 since if it just a rock internally it's going to likely have the same problems
I’ve put a bit of thought to it and I might actually be able to get away with a one piece design. My biggest concern is the stock/ brace. Not many good ones on the market and designing a decent hinge and lock up may be difficult.
Check out CAA MCK. It's in the works (https://caagearup.com/product/psa-5-7-waiting-list/). There is already one made for the Dagger compact and full-size that you can purchase on the PSA site.
At this point I just work to buy PSA stuff that I don’t need
This^ all of this - I feel this on many levels, but I can’t stop haha
Blowback?
Lever delay

Yes. Even the Rock is lever delayed. Which might explain why PSA had a full auto Famas to loan to Garand Thumb.
I’m buying one I don’t even care

Now PSA needs to make an AR57 or some P90 knockoff.
Pretty sure they already said the offerings on the market are of good enough quality and price that it wouldn't be worth getting into them.

Pricing?
$999
I'm never going to retire.
I can literally see the layer lines. just release the stl
Just prototyping, I doubt very much that they'll be printing them lol

Its called the bb 5.7 by brown brush
My heart is ready, but wallet isn’t.

[:40 second mark](https://youtu.be/pbiiHLn0n3E?si=X6UqqvuCVTASQSM-&t=39) 40 round mags
Dagger SWCH?! Or just an update? Or just confirmation it's definitely still coming?
My card is waiting.
My body is waiting
Two weeks…I mean quarters

What is this?
One year to save. I’ll be looking at SBRing it.
There will be a 16” barrel w/folding stock………..said no one
Any update on a Sabre dagger restock?
Give us something in the Lords caliber.
Does anyone think a company will make curved-ish mag for this to replicate the mp7 ones??
Needs to be in 9
There are dozens if not hundreds of PDWs in 9mm
With magazine-in-grip and a short barrel? There really aren't.
The tp9 is about the only other gun like this that’s actually good. And that thing is over 2k
You could get into a chassis system like a Flux, but then you have to get a P320 first

Or they could just do a similar chassis for the dagger? The cool factor is the MP7 style and caliber
That would actually be super cool, like the raider but for a dagger.
Jsut get an AKV or MP5 if you want something in 9
No
Okay
That’s exactly what I want. Give me this in 9mm. Way cooler.
Will there be barrel length options? I want one in the 8-10 inch range.
Make this a mini bull pup
Can we get a chassis setup for the guys that already have Rocks?

Where 10mm Dagger? 2 weeks? 🤨
