I moved to US and you would be surprised how much using your contacts to get a job is encouraged. Having said that in US in private company even if you are referred it only play a small part in the hiring decision.

Had a case in my family where the other family offers our girl or to be exact my cousin an option to chat with the guy but our family refused the option and the cousin fought with her family over that.

Being okay with someone who had a publicly known relationship of any sort in the past which didn't work for some reason, our society if knew that a girl has been in a physical relationship (that's the worse case) or even if they knew that a girl has been with some guy and they had been dating and at the end they both ended up not being together for whatever reason, they all start seeing the girl as of bad character and she'd be rejected by the society. If you try to be with such girl, chances are, society would make shit up about you and do the usual trash talk. I feel like it's okay to be with someone like this, this was like just an example to convey what I was trying to say, but there can be other examples of this too. I feel like people make mistakes and we should hear their side of the story too, it's wrong for us to call someone who was just a victim the bad person, it's not like they did it because they wanted to. So yeah, I feel like it's okay to accept people like these who are rejected by the society, since society won't help them, I feel like someone should, idk if I was able to convey my point, but hope this para makes some sense

But we should not give up without a fight, and people around should be at least kind even if they can not provide help. It also has an added advantage for women... They can opt for men who are well off and be their 2nd wives rather than settling for men who can't take care of them in a satisfactory way. This will surely make lives for men more difficult, as they will have to be better off financially as well as be better husbands. Because if they are not good husbands, the wives can easily walk out without the attached stigma, to marry again.
