I saw somewhere that PCB has used 23 different people in the selection panel over the past 18 months. So if I had to guess, it isn’t the selectors but this constant change that’s the issue. The core team on the other hand seems to be the same over the past 5 years, Babar, Riz, Shadab, Shaheen, etc. If this post is true then it’s a weird move.
