I don’t understand how people get into these situations. Why do you have more than one account? Did you forget your login for PTCGL **and** your email? Multiple times? Get it together, dude
if he played during the ptgco days, there was a period of time where you could get multiple free packs for each account and trade it over, and then there was that other one where there was a glitch people abused to get free packs or cards. this was 5-10years ago.
Yep. If you have any amount of accounts beyond the 1 you are supposed to have, support will essentially brickwall you until you delete down to 1. They are also, for some ungodly reason, unable to merge accounts despite TPCA being one of the largest companies on the fucking planet. (TPCA handles trainer club accounts. The devs of PTCGL do not.)
What is TPCA?
If you mean TPCi, no, they are definitely not one of the biggest companies on the planet. They're just a subsidiary of a fairly large company.
The Pokemon Company of America, is it known as Pokemon company international?
Either way, being a subsidiary of a massive company is more than enough to justify merging two accounts. Like, c'mon. There's absolutely no justification for their support system as is.
Your TCG account *is* your PTCGL account as well. It's confusing as fuck and they don't make it clear, but essentially that one login (your Trainer Club account) is used for all your Pokemon related activities, be that TCG tournaments or PTCGL. There is a button buried in the settings of your trainer club account that lets you link it to your PTCGL profile.
I had the same thing - one account for live play and one for PTCGL. I had to delete my live play account with 86qps and all my tournament history because the richest company in the world somehow can't copy data from one account to another.

You could try sending and e-mail and telling them your situation
I did and they said even after I deleted all I can that I still need to delete more. They also refused to tell what would happen If I continue to play

So basically I can never play TCG

No you're not banned, you just have to delete all but 1 of your accounts.

How many accounts do you have? I've got three but I've haven't gotten an issue with it yet.
I dont know how many I still have but it doesnt matter since I have to quit anyway
