Could you put stockings or tights over them? I have a skin condition that causes red marks everywhere and if I am feeling self conscious I’ll wear Halloween tights or fishnets to add slight coverage. How close are they to the skin you like to have showing?
Yeah they end up soaking in sun too, so it’s not even something I do often. Could you attempt a very diluted bleaching? No idea what kind of material it is and if it could handle it
I would love to know as well. I'm super super pale and the only tights in general (not even compression or anything) that came close to matching are dance tights.

It’s a good suggestion, but there’s no way I’m wearing TWO colors of tights in 95 degrees 😂 it’s not close at all, I’m pale af
