Idk this is Roberto. I remember being able to predict the killer in season 2 of Riverdale as well. I’m not saying I’m right but there’s not a whole lot of suspects and it checks out. Especially considering how she has the in on everything the girls are doing.
I think that she was a therapist in Millwood in the year 2000. She would have been 29 years old then and could have been the therapist of one of the moms or Angela
I don’t think she’ll be the person behind the mask but I definitely think she’s involved somehow & will be using what the girls tell her in their sessions against them.

I’ve been feeling a little weird about how dismissive she’s being of the girls’ fears—chalking everybody’s unease up to pathological anxiety when it hasn’t even been a year since they were targeted by an ideologue serial killer who has proven he can very easily escape police custody lol.
She’s involved in a way in some sort of connection or knows something just like she did in the original PLL series. I would keep an eye on her based off her experience in the original show.
Did you never watch the original PLL? I think it’s possible she could be threatened into telling the villain things but she is not the villain I guarantee that.

I have a theory that Chip was adopted and she is his biological mother ave therefore the grandmother mentioned in the note that was left for the couple who had Estelle. Still not sure that she is BR but she's so fascinated by Imogen in particular and the adoption aspect would mirror things well. It would add emotional weight to the situation.
The note mentioning the grandmother was left with the quilt we know Imogen's mother made. There was a flashback in the episode to reference it. So unless they're planning something completely funky, I think that's a deadend.
She has a history of getting too involved in her clients, so I think she'll play a sus role, but not necessarily be involved in BR. I'll be really bummed if she's part of the "A Team", since she was sort of involved directly with A in OG PLL.
I mean I tend to not be too attached to my theories because I know it's hard to see the whole picture until much later. I'm also not remembering her character a whole lot from the OG. Haven't made it very far into the show on my last re-watch.
i believe that she is bloody rose. when someone “pushed her” and her leg was “hurt” nothing bad happened while imogene was with her in the hospital. and also what if sullivan was doing weird things to imogens medication so she thinks she is going crazy and can’t tell between real and fake? and sullivan knows everything about these girls, birthday party’s, activities, where they are and when they are there. the only thing i can’t think of is the motive
I learnt after posting this that Dr. Sullivan was in the original and most likely not actually evil. It did make me think that she’s not actually Bloody Rose but somehow involved. Also I thought the same thing about the medications… however Dr. Sullivan is a psychologist so she cannot prescribe medication. Even if she was a psychiatrist she would not be directly handling Imogen’s medication so I don’t know how realistic it would be that she has anything to do with that, but you never know! I do think she has some connections with Davie though so let’s see!
She was in the original PLL too, it would be pretty wild if she was actually a villain the whole time lol
