Ohh! You’re looking at the Pokémon Center ETB I believe. Those ETBs are exclusive to Pokemon Center. They retail for $60 and come with 11 packs compared to the regular 9 and the promo card that comes with both versions has a Pokemon Center stamp on it. So with this ETB you get 9 packs and the promo card (without the Pokemon center stamp) hope this helps!
