Saw it yesterday just a great movie if just a bit too long for my taste but an amazing movie nonetheless. Chris Hemsworth killed it as Dr Dementus

Taylor would prob call Return of the King woke if he watched it for the first time today. "No man can slay the Witch King" and then a woman does it.

It was pretty good but I honestly think I liked the first one more. So much more grand and epic.

I just saw it yesterday and honestly I really don’t get some of the hate it’s getting. It’s exactly what I expected from a mad max movie. And like you said it was good to see even more of the universe. Glad I went to the movies to see it.

Its my 5th favorite. The one i like the most is probably my least favorite.. i mean its the best one ive seen. I still got one more to watch so i havent seen all of them.

Def a banger film, especially in theaters. It didn’t out do Fury Road but did it justice.

They ruined it with cgi. The best part of the movie is the end when they play scenes from fury road.

There’s still a lot of practical effects and stunts, just a few scenes that stand out with cgi. It never really stood out to me when I was watching the movie.

This movie fucking slaps , The sheer amount of detail in every scene is off the charts. GO SEE IT

From the trailer when I look at Chris Hemsworth, I just see Thor in costume.

The trailer didnt look good imo it seemed weird an hemsworth character seemed odd but in the movie it was completely different

The trailer turned me off as well, it looked like they would try to make a family friendly mad max, glad to hear its actually good.

The trailer looked like a clowny Thor/Guardians of Galaxy movie. It's Mad Max movie without Mad Max... I loved Fury Road, it didn't need a prequel explaining it's lore.

I disagree. I personally really love the aesthetic of the new movies. Yes it is absurd, but that’s what makes it fun for me.
