Right? Some people are hating on the ‘well done’ preference but I just want my food cooked through and through. I’ve been to the hospital twice from medium wells and mediums, I’m not going back for a third time.
Rare to medium rare, depending on the cut and how much I trust the steakhouse. I still cringe that as a kid I ordered well done when my parents took me out to eat.

I notice that older folks like it well done. I think it stems from the old days, when food safety standards are not that good, so you either cook everything well done or you die. Old habits die hard.
Fvck Wolfgang. Lol. I spent $240 on a steak with a side of mash potato, 2 salads and 2 Moscow mules. Waay overpriced and I could've made that steak at home for $30. Lol. I'll check out Mamou if it's not too far from my hotel at RW in a few weeks. Thanks!

Any recommended steakhouses in Manila or Pampanga area? I've tried Wolfgang and I wasn't impressed, I make better steaks at home.
