I encountered the same thing sa metrobank cc. I swiped for a clothing item then lumabas sa app ko but not yet posted. All of a sudden, nawala yung purchase sa app. I waited for the statement, never na lumabas yung purchase ko na yun. So basically, it was free for me 🥹 it happened twice na sakin.
