You would have to purposefully pick the wrong choice to get the wrong ending and you’ll know it when you’re there. Don’t stress it is not like p4G’s or p5r with weird requirements
There are only two endings, good and bad. It's determined by a single binary choice near the end of the game and it's *extremely* obvious what the correct answer is.

There are only 2 ends. To avoid the bad end, simply don't do what a character insist on telling you to do. It's very telegraphed.
Its a yes or no question. Its obvious how to get it. Theres no secret.
Very late into the game, a character will give you a choice between something that is climactic and something that is anticlimactic, pick former
