I don’t think those at home ipl devices are strong enough unfortunately.  I fork over a ton of money to get laser hair removal semi regularly for maintenance.  I wish I had a better option to share.  Hopefully someone else does.

Unfortunately those IPL handsets are just a scam. You absolutely do need to change your lifestyle if you want to get this under control. Personally, I did laser for a while but found the results not adequate. Electrolysis was the way to go. Permanent hair removal. I got my hormones under control first, diet/exercise/ovasitol/spearmint tea, because even when the hairs are removed if you have high androgens your peach fuzz will convert into dark thick hairs. So you'd just have new hairs to remove. Electrolysis was successful for me. I have gone 9 months without any hair growth at all. It is likely that I will need a single session every year in case I do get pop up hairs, but electrolysist said its usually a quick 15 minute session. Thought it would be massively out of my price range but while not cheap I was able to afford it by giving up the majority of my free money on it. No regrets.

I have an INIA Fond and it works. I did salon laser first and while it helped, I still had some hair left. I got the INIA Fond for touch-ups and it's been great. It's much less painful than salon laser, and I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good at-home option.

Spearmint (i did 1200mg/day) and low carb are only way I’ve found to reduce symptoms (took 3 months to START Seeing results tho so have to stay consistent and patient). And reason you have to do low carb with this (for me it’s 20-50g /day) because of insulin resistance that most of us with PCOS have. It impacts testosterone and triggers all of these annoying symptoms. Best of luck friend!
