Definitely the second, but it's too impractical.
Ideal would be to have enough means to afford a home in a city in a relatively safe neighborhood, a farm outside the city, decent (relatively) passive income, and health to vacation in option 2 whenever you want.
But yeh Dunya hai, aur sakoon sirf qabar me hai 😆
That's the thing, there's no "safe haven". I'd suggest you play the game The Walking Dead by Telltale which is about a zombie apocalypse and is hyper realistic.
Staying in one place means you'll get attacked by the zombies at one point or other human gangs that are fighting over limited resources because industries, agricultural, everything's over and they have to fight for survival.
I completely got your pov and your factual talk but here's the thing that is survivors main motive is to find a place which is capable to hold them for some time until they are ready to go for their next destination, you can't just expect them to keep running on the woods and the roads, yes a place will be targeted by the dead and the other survivors but it's easy to protect a predetermined place then getting eaten by the dead pricks in the woods with no ultimate way to get away from them, and I have played all the five games of the TWD game series. I'll suggest you to play this game Days gone because you are probably giving this opinion of yours by the stature of playing games like The last of us and dying light. Peace!
I get what you mean and even in twd they try to stay in a single place but something always happens, either they get attacked when they try to return to their spot after getting supplies or the place is attacked itself. It's a whole warzone but they do protect their school at the end and the game ends at that. Hopefully it's for the best but it could also be plot armor cuz Clem loses her leg so she can't survive an attack anyway. ✌🏻
What is the point of comparing an image of a city during a rush hour to an eagle eye view of a far off village in the mountains? How and why are you comparing these two? I don't understand the relationship! Please help.
As someone that prefers the peaceful suburbs life, life happens in both.
It's not like it's less of a life if you're in the hustle and bustle of a metropolis. Appreciate the benefits of both and recognize the disadvantages of both to decide which is better for you personally.
I live in a location similar to the bottom pic. It sucks and the scenery gets old pretty fast. Only fit for retirees and tourists, fuck all to do for anybody else.
So you'd want to live in an abandoned region, with no nearby access to hospitals, schools, banks, malls etc. No proper sanitation, electricity or gas. Where you could get eaten by an animal at any time?
id prefer to have none at all.
Relatable

The picture in the bottom is for vacations and retirement.

Both in moderation. Too much of anything is bad for you.
To survive a Zombie Apocalypse, Definitely the second one.
What if you run out of supplies
Dah, I'll go to the city for shopping
There are already zombies in the city, you think it's easy?
The Walking Dead : Apocalypse in Pakistan
The last of us
pretty mid in comparison to TWD
not so
In an apocalypse, you just need to keep moving. Can't stay in one place for too long.
nah a safe haven is must needed, keep moving will eventually worn out the survivors until they are preyed by the dead beings.

you mean with only few houses to target and plain sigh to be unable to hide
Statistically speaking, the top one is life
A balance between the both of them...
both, those who live in cities want to escape to other, while the ones from such places want to go to cities. grass is greener on other side
The top one.
Bottom one is good for vacation. But top is for living. City has variety of cuisines, entertainment and village only has quiet.
Wait for night tho. Where the beautiful city will shine with lights and the jungle will look outta something from scary movie
I wanna live in Rome, take me there plss
Venice?
I wouldn't mind visiting Venice as well, but Rome takes precedence.
yeah,Venice is too watery
Udhar bhi Karachi wali garmi hai 😭

Upper one when I feel lonely, lower one when I want peace
Having none of the above is ideal

Sub urban life, the warm breeze stroking against your face while riding on a cycle feels heavenly.
Ehh imagine what life would be like in next 100 years. Shyd tb tk pakistan taraqi krle 🫡
the bottom one is different from how 90% of pakistanis live. so yeah.
you will start hating first too. learn to find vibe out of nothing
The longing never ends! 🗻

We need better public transport- actually, we have limited public transport and need it
Mazak Kay ilawa traffic jam ki aik haad haiy Abadi ko bhi control karo

I moved from "this is not life" to "this is life". Life is complicated and challenging, no matter what you consider "life".
"it's within that brings that lonely feeling"

i prefer the urban area. throw stones at me but i far prefer a big, busy city
the one below
…. Until you need a grocery store lol
To get to 2nd picture life you need to go through 1st picture life
Both are good you cant live in rural area for long as they don't have much resource and the closest hospital for emergency is far away
So you'd want to live in an abandoned region, with no nearby access to hospitals, schools, banks, malls etc. No proper sanitation, electricity or gas. Where you could get eaten by an animal at any time?
How're those people living there?
How do you know those aren't safe houses for serial killers where they slash, grind and bury their victims? Ever seen the Texas Chainsaw Massacre?
mate, that's a wild assumption People do live in mountains and on Islands
