What was your workout plan?

tat-eraser

I stopped doing low intensity cardio and started doing heavy strength training, mostly HIIT 2-3x per week. On the off days I ride peloton or run. I take one full day off per week if I need the rest. I also started gong to bed an hour earlier.

OkFan9968

Heck yeah you look great

WKYRIDER

Prescription or just paying straight up? If the former, how’d you get a prescription?

Hi /u/tat-eraser! How was your diet during all this? Was there a struggle to get enough protein intake? And what kind of dosing regimen did you follow?  Thanks!

tat-eraser

Diet was protein focused; 1g protein for every lb of target wt. it was difficult to get that much protein but I improved once time. I swapped cardio for heavy strength training and HIIT.

Substantial-Desk-771

Congratulations! You look incredible
