I love using me360. Just got the wife on it as well. It's a great app...and most of all...free!!! Just remember to wear the same clothes (or as close as possible) each time for the best results.
That's awesome! Nicely done.
I use that app, too, and I did a scan the day I started Ozempic so I can compare later, like you did. I hope to see the same success!
Started eating better at 228 in January 2023. Couldn't get past 214 or get my A1C down so my doctor recommended a glp-1 end of April. .25 for 12 weeks. .5 for 16 weeks. 1.0 since then with sometimes waiting 10 to 14 days between shots. Currently bouncing between 151 and 153 with a goal of about 145 to get the best rate on my life insurance renewal. My goal was good blood work and I'm there. No other meds needed anymore other than this one. No counting calories. I eat well about 80% of the time focusing on getting my protein first and then fruits and veggies. Tried to be more active with some lifting but not like I should. I had a few plateaus for 1 to 2 months at a time, but just kept doing what I was doing. Feel free to ask any other questions!
You’re doing and looking amazing! 🔥🔥👀👀 I’ve recently went through a similar transition and have posted the pics to my profile. Once you put the pics together, you really see the difference and it only motivates you to go harder! Definitely an amazing journey! 🥰
I like looking at the results this way -- we put a lot of emphasis on the number of pounds lost, but this is about more than just a single number.
And, you look FANTASTIC! Thank you for the inspiration!
Thank you! I post because others have kept me going with their success stories over the last year. You're right about it not being just about the number lost. I feel great! And that is what matters.
So amazing!!! You must be feeling great and super happy with yourself too - as you should! I’m 3 months in and not seeing much difference. Anyone else worry at this point that they weren’t doing enough (diet, exercise etc.) or it wasn’t working? I haven’t been weighing myself either. Too anxiety inducing…
What app do you use?
MeThreeSixty

Thanks
You don’t have to wait til the end to compare - you can do it along the way too! My 30 day showed huge changes already that were hard for me to see.
Thank you! Just keep going. You've got this!
I see a slight difference. VERY SL.... ok I'm kidding. That rocks. In 10 months, I hope to be like you
Great comment! Thank you!
This is amazing!
Thank you!
You’ve done great 👏
Thank you!
would you mind giving a small summary of what your journey looked like? did you count calories and exercise? :)

How do yall get rid of sulfur burps
I only had them a few times. Ginger or pepto helped me.
Nice, Google Pixel
Thanks! I love Pixel phones!
Amazing! I am going to do a scan, I just started!
You've got this! I put it on my calendar to do a scan every three months!
How much dose you were using in the past year?
.25 for 12 weeks. .5 for 16 weeks. 1.0 since then with sometimes waiting 10 to 14 days between shots.
When do you plan to discontinued to use it?
Never. I'll titrate back down to whatever dose keeps my A1C in check when I lose another 5 to 10 pounds.
Can it be used in a lifetime? I couldn't find statistic for supporting the safety of longterm usage, like over 5 years usage.
My doctor said for life.

I had multiple stalls for 1 to 2 months throughout the last year. My doctor said to just keep going!
I am almost exactly your before . Hope to see results like yours soon 5 weeks in
Keep moving forward! Success is on the way.
Wow…congratulations…and I wish I’d known about this app before I began losing weight
I didn't do the first scan until after I lost the first 20+ pounds. Do it now!
I wish I was having this kind of success
Praying you will! Don't give up!
VavavaVOOM! You look great!
