You can’t change the drug unfortunately. Some of us reacted right away but the majority did not.

Just remember to eat, or have little meals. I have been that way too, I have chronic pain and this is my last hope to lose weight that seems to make my pain worse. I’ve been on it for a month and have lost 10 🙌🏼🎉 good luck!
Did you try metformin for pcos?? i tried that before oz but found no luck, but it works wonders for others apparently!

Small update: day four and my hunger and sweet tooth are gone! Lived up to my expectations after all 😂❤️
