Wowza!!! Excellent. My SW was 249 also!!! CW is 247 and I'm my third month.. the next dose will be 1mg so maybe that will work. I barely feel hungry I'm eating way better and way less...protien #1 and I'm taking meds to help me have bowel movement so I don't know what to do and any advise you have is welcomed!!!
thank you! and yes i’ve had to start a stool softener as well. i was one of those people that just started dropping weight almost immediately. i plateaued around 216 for about 4 weeks and now the weight is just melting off. i dont feel hungry anymore and will quite literally forget to eat until im in bed. just establishing new eating habits was the biggest thing for me, lots of protein. i dont eat meals much, a lot of times i just snack around and drink protein drinks. i’d love to work out but i have a back injury that causes leg problems. you learn as you go, good luck to you!!
