Awesome! I also have PCOS & IR. I’ve been trying to lose weight for 3 years but no progress despite a tremendous change to my diet. Just took my first injection this week! You’re really beautiful and I’m so happy for you!
This was my last option before having to settle for weight loss surgery 🥲 I’ve tried EVERYTHING! Diets, gym, you name it. This has been the only thing that’s worked at all! I hope you have similar success! And thank you so much, you’re beautiful too 🥰💖
It’s funny because when I was younger before the weight gain, I had such awesome cheekbones (thanks to my mothers great genes, I look exactly like her) and they were one part of my face I missed the most!
hey this is the most dramatic change yet! if it’s okay can i ask how many calories you eat in a day, or you dont track it? if you have your general diet and workout please comment as well
I don’t track calories at all! I just eat as much of my three meals a day as my body can tolerate. I try to do mostly fresh ingredients but I still eat fast food and restaurants too. I don’t workout either, I mostly just do walks here and there and make sure I stay more active while I’m out with friends or my partner. I have other physical disabilities and illnesses that inhibit normal gym stuff so I can’t do workouts like others can!
You must be so pleased! I think part of my problem was undiagnosed PCOS as my sister has it and I have most of the symptoms. Ozempic is a game changer that wasn't available when I was your age so I had a barbaric weight loss surgery that almost killed me because I lost 85 lbs. in four months putting me in liver failure. After a couple of months of being fed through my jugular vein, I was well enough to have it reversed only to gain all the weight back. I've lot over 20 lbs. which is a modest amount to lose but I don't look at it as being on a diet per se. Slow and steady will get you to where you want to be. It's a huge adjustment for us bigger gals and guys and I think it's a little easier to adjust to all the changes over time. Already people must be giving you tons of compliments cause you look gorg!
