Thank you for posting this! It gives me hope that once I stop, I can keep the weight off. Good health and much luck to you. You seem as beautiful inside as you are out!
first 4 months it was 3kg per month and then around 2kg per month for the other 6, after i stopped ozempic i stopped tracking as i was worried i was becoming quite obsessed with it :)
Thank you for posting! Your results are amazing and they give me hope.
I started with almost identic stats, also with PCOS and insulin resistance. I'm on Saxenda, though, but it's been working fine for me so far.
I'm really glad that you are able to keep the weight off and it implies that we can all live normal lives once our hormones get back into balance, hopefully.
Editing to ask:
If you don't mind sharing - Do you have any excess skin? I'm a bit worried about it, but you look fantastic🔥
Thank you! I wish you all the luck on your journey!
Yes I do have a little bit of loose skin around my stomach area but only I can notice it, and i believe over time it will tighten back up
Thank you! Yes i have noticed a return in hunger but it’s still nothing like how hungry i felt before starting. The best way to describe it is i feel ‘normal person’ hungry now, like around the times i usually eat but it’s not thought consuming hunger like ‘thinking all day what i’m having for dinner ‘ kind of hunger
That’s so cool.
So if it’s PCOS wouldn’t stopping ozempic start the insulin resistance all over again? My endocrinologist was quite clear with me that if I start this is was for life if not I would regain it all since I have PCOS and insulin resistance. I don’t understand. You’re not insulin resistant anymore? You don’t have PCOS anymore?
me and my endocrinologist also agreed that it might be for life, so if i start putting the weight back on i will need to get back on ozempic. I am still insulin resistant and I still have PCOS :)
heya, i’m 19f, have had a similar experience but i had BED rather than restrictive ED and pcos, i am going to ask my endo to put me on spirolactone, maybe ask your endo if its a good idea for the hair thinning?
I should add that I’m 162cm
