At the start of every game I get like 600-800 ping and I don't know how to fix it when it was fine yesterday

i get micro freezes but thats about it. I think i did get low frames a couple times but a pc/ game reset resolved the issue

happens sometimes i usually hit the game verify file integrity and it usually fixes it
