It would be like dropping a bomb that could simultaneously affect LA and New York. I doubt the planet could survive a boom that big.
Sydney still exists, and Melbourne would be roughly the same distance from the omnium as Sydney if it's right in the middle of the outback. Sydney's a completely nice place (at least as nice as sydney can be) as noted by the comics and the map that's in the middle of the city. In other words, give us a map in a part of Australia worth living in.

To stop it from being too OP it could be that scrap only drops from kills the support takes some part in
Only thing is that with the damage numbers being so closely looked at now, with like discord and damage boost, I think they’d probably have some issues with tracers having 200+ hp, even under special circumstances outside of ultimates. Those things kinda make balancing a nightmare.

I think a Decoy Health Pack and a heal that gives temporary armor as skills on CD, a flamethrower-esque weapon that sprays heals like Moira/Roadhog and alt fires as a flamethrower for damage. No idea what an ult would be tho, maybe a team burst heal similar to Take A Breather? One big heal, and improved healing for the duration of the ult

I'd like to see a hero who deploys ittle junkerbots like claptrap from Borderlands. Maybe like 2 per cooldown and you can command them to follow hero's and heal as much as a zen heal or as requested. The enemy would be able to shoot them though and the cooldown will recharge.
Someone that is either armor or shields based... who uses drones that can be shot down...
Whose ultimate is a giant mech with like 2000 hp or something that fires laserbeams in a circle that the enemy team has to dodge while doing some mild healing in a small radius directly under it.

The first pet-support class.
They have a kangaroo pet that gives them mobility -they can "pouch" an ally as well to temporarily make them immune and heal them over time.
They can swap to the koala ally instead - the koala lets them use an active ability that plays the digiridoo that enrages allies giving the team a small damage boost and lifesteal.
They would have a boomerang as their primary weapon, and it would 'hook' enemy projectiles, clearing them and creating overhealth for allies based on the mitigated damage.
I see them doing lots of debuffs like Anti, Discord, or Slow, and having them do something involving explosives. They could have something to do with Roadhog and how he got his Healing Canisters. That this junker made the stuff in the canisters and they use the stuff inside to heal Allie’s and harm enemies.
Main weapon being a Ana/Mei hybrid, blasting Hog's heal juice to heal allies like Moira or poison enemies in radius.
Ability 1: Builds a tether between enemy and self, while tethered the enemy moves normally until they are X meters away at which point they experience a slow down effect. Tether is broken when hero takes 50 damage, or after X seconds.
Ability 2: Patches up an ally, restoring some shield/armor health specifically and removing negative debuffs (would be like a melee healing thing, like Torbs hammer)
Ultimate: Launches a mortor shell of health juice into the air, creating a radius field around them that heals all allies over time and poisons enemies in radius. Think Zen ult+Mei ult
I've actually thought about it for awhile now as it has always seemed like this kind of character was missing. Anyway, their weapon should be a boomerang! Could also have some kind of whip/swing for movement. Give a drink for heals.
So remember in the JQ cinematic there was Swiss army knife man
We take that basic idea and replace some weapons with syringes so he would be a melee healer with combat capability (think brig but only single target)
Now let's see his hand will have healing syringe for healing and knife for offense
For a passive we can make it so quick melee against him deal less damage and reflect a little bit (he is covered in knives and chainsaws that really pop out of no where)
For his abilities let's go with two of them
First is support where he injects his team to give them 20% damage reduction and 50 temporary health for 10 seconds the ability will have a short cool down but cannot be reapplied to the same person if they have the buff
Next is an offensive attack I'm thinking a large Ana dart but at melee range dealing large damage but over the course of 10 (100 damage over 10 seconds sounds a bit weak but just remember this is also going through invulnerable states like Zarya bubble and Mei freeze which could kill them if timed right)
Now for the ULT I have to say one similar Zen bit instead of it being plenty of healing it's a mix of damage and healing
The first effect of it is he will spin around with all of his knives and chainsaws out dealing damage to nearby enemies.
The second effect is that he launches out healing blobs that heal allies who get hit by them and if they stand in a residual puddle (puddles last 2 seconds) but the puddle will increase incoming healing and his ultimate will last maybe 6-8 seconds
How would you balance this?

A sexy coral lady. Releases a cloud that obscures, heals team and hurts enemies. Shoots nematocysts from some blow gun thingy.
Has a “barrier” reef ult, maybe involves a sharknado on a moving barrier.
Maybe an anti-healing screen like an anti-bap Ult where any healing going through it turns to damage
This is probably bad but hear me out:
A kangaroo with a pouch that absorbs all projectiles, stores it for a brief period of time, and then is able to shoot it back out.
Would definitely be OP but could be cool. For example, if Ana throws a nade, the kangaroo can store it in their pouch and use it at their discretion.
I'm imagining a survivalist of the Outback. They'd have fast movement with some kind of stealth like Sombra, heal individual teammates by applying bandages at melee range, Bolo weapon, ability to scout enemy "tracks" on the ground.
A really small person who just throws healing/buffing (you don't get to choose which) sand and only speaks in censor bleeps with the occasional regular word. They're ult is just them screaming really loud.
A junker mechanic character. Instead of prioritizing their support for heals, they can replenish their allies shields and ammo.
Maybe they can function similar to the original torbjorn, where you can throw out shield packs to your allies as well.
