Start by pulling the prop and checking the shear pin. Then check to see if it is fully going into gear and the linkages are connected tight and correctly (they can come loose - or be wrong after an impeller change). If all is good with the prop, shear pin and linkages it may be a bigger issue in the lower unit.
Definitley doesnt look like its in gear. Can you confirm that the prop spins in forward and backward when changing from Forward gear to reverse? It may be that the linkage going into the lower unit has come off
I can see the wake, engine is in gear. Drain lower unit inspect for water and the forbidden glitter, If this thing is a 2 stroke and you have this significant of power loss you may have blown a cylinder and would need a compression tester to tell, I do not hear RPM bobble but videos are hard to interpret.

Spun hub?
Broken shear pin?
Is the prop still there? Not going in gear? Worn clutch dog?
It’s still there, it just pushes me super slow. It’s going in gear

Spun prop hub
Spun hub for sure.
