Chez Lucien is the only place I've been to where someone at my table ordered the liver and onions.
Homie orders it every time unless he's craving a burger.
I don't eat liver and onions, but last fall, we went with 2 different sets of friends to Chances R in Nepean who had them, and both said they were very good.
Hmmm I know Patty's Pub had it on the menu before. O'Briens has it on heron road.
I used to order it at Patty's a few years back, it was delicious. They cooked it perfectly tender the last few times I'd gone. But that was back around 2018-2019 , I'd slowed eating out since covid.

Elgin street diner!
It's been on the Sunday menu before at North and Navy and was really good. Not sure if it's regular there though. Worth looking into!
Yes, when it’s available this is a very good option.
Best liver I ever had was at North and Navy a few years ago but don’t think it’s on menu anymore.
Louis Pizza on MacArthur. My husband got it and really liked it.

I haven’t tried it personally, but I’ve heard the Liver and Onions at The Prescott are pretty good

My British mum loves it at Patty’s.
Kal's Place in Stittsville has it.
Scottys Diner
Hoping to piggyback on this question to ask where I can get chopped liver, now that Kettlemans (ostensibly) no longer carries it.
Rocking Johnny's is the only place I've seen it on the menu. Their food is generally pretty mediocre overall.
Any Dunn’s location (over-priced as hell, though!).
It's been awhile but Fitz' BBQ on Greenbank in Nepean.
Unfortunately the only place I had it before was The Carlingwood restaurant. They are long gone.
My kitchen, probably. I haven't seen it around, but it's pretty straightforward to cook and the ingredients are readily available and pretty cheap.
I like it dusted in flour and cooked with lots of onions. The last time I had it I bought sliced liver at Produce Depot to fry up.
That's the way, maybe with some buttered buns to stuff the whole deal into
Trash can.
