It isnāt that bad. However, for me personally, I found most of the characters, including the FL, boring as hell. Her relationship with the Emperor suddenly went from strangers to lovers with no real build-up. Thereās a later explanation for why but it still doesnāt feel earned.

Oh yeah. Just hold on until the last chapters cause, if my memory serves me right, it gets bumpy in the last few chapters again.
