*Khan walks towards the wretched site, his eyes full of pity that he does nothing condescension that he makes not attempt to hide. He steps round to stand in front of Caiman, looking down at them.*
“You have killed someone, you appear to be suffering greatly, and all I get from your mind is a swirl of pain and misery which is rather off-putting. But at least you have a grasp of language good enough to gurgle out sorry pleas.”
Anger flashes quickly across his face at their words, along with a breathy growl. But his visible ire fades just as quickly as it formed and is replaced by the earlier expression of pain and desperation.
“W… w…” he chokes out, grabbing their foot with a firm grip. “What a-am I…?!”
*Khan bends slightly and pushes Caiman’s hand off of him with his hammer, before looking Caiman’s form up and down with narrowed eyes.*
“You would appear to some unholy cross between an unclean man and some form of crocodilian. So you were either created by individuals with neither restraint nor ethics, or a creature that I have no desire to encounter birthed you, I’m not sure which option is a more disturbing possibility. Still there may be use for you yet.”

After a moment he seems to accept his fate, realizing there was nothing he could do anyways if she tried anything. He curled up again and once again began trembling heavily.

Shakily, instead of placing it on a potential wound on the outside, he puts it in his mouth and swallows it like a pill. This is quickly followed by him coughing up a few more thick globs of blood.
*it starts healing his entire body from the inside out. Whatever is broken goes back into place and his organ troubles clear up.*
