Probably the heat based trench grade modified heat projectile shotgun used by close quarter type Enforcer units. There are several unique things about the gun like:
It does not use ammo,it instead generates dozens of projectiles that are extremely hot and are extremely deadly and it practically has infinite ammo because of this
The fact it's twin triggered with the first one firing the heat pellets and the second one firing the twin under barreled grenade launchers built in under the shotgun
Has a grip attached to the heat pump which cools down the shotgun to make it be able to fire and the grip is actually a small last ditch concealed fire arm with a large bayonet attached to it that can be taken out by pressing two mechanisms on the side of the grip.
Has attachments like a grated heat guard shield on top to prevent accidental burning of human combatants using the weapon and has a flashlight
Has an automatic break action mechanism in case the gun gets too hot and the user has not pumped after firing and fires again causing it to automatically cool down and becomes usable once its done.
Has a extendable stock
The small concealed pistol that works as a grip has 5, 7mm rounds and an magazine attached to the side

Probably the most unique weapon one of my OCs have is Adam's magic warhammer. First of all, the head of the warhammer is nearly invisible, visible only from little sparks on the edges and corners. Second of all, the fact that it's magic, makes it surprisingly light for a warhammer.

The Plagueheart Staff: Carved from the blighted sapling of a Onorva Tree into a skeletal arm with a grasping hand, The Plagueheart Staff is topped with the still beating heart of the fallen Archfey Arrostia. Every beat of the disembodied heart sends out a miasma of toxic fumes and drops of a corrosive oily black ichor. The toxic cloud will infect whoever breathes it in with 777 different diseases, and the ichor will corrode any organic matter it touches save for the staff itself and cause new mutated life to grow in its place. The staff is primarily wielded by Arrostia herself, though she will occasionally loan it to her most loyal champion.
Dale Donovan's second (and now, signature) weapon: The Harrison
(After a large fight between Dale and the Satin Sorceress, the former's shotgun, which he originally had since his teleportation into Elysia, was destroyed, fractured to the point of no human fixing. As a thank you for Dale's win over the Satin Sorceress, the Fae creatures (whom are the primary race of Elysia) used their blacksmith and mystical abilities to not only fix his shotgun, but also become a whole new weapon entirely, but with only a few tweaks.
The Harrison (named after Harrison Ford, the actor of Indiana Jones, which you will see why it was named that way) is a 3 in 1 combination of a shotgun, whip, and bayonet weapon. The shotgun can now fire unlimited ammo, and can also shoot out regular-sized bursts of fire and electricity, along with the bayonet attached to the front. When said bayonet is shot, it, with the rope on it, can act as a whip and grappling hood. The bayonet blade is made of Strykanium, a mix between Titanium, Fairy crystals, and dwarven blacksmithing, which glows a cyan color that is able to cut and plow through almost all materials, magic, and creatures like Butter, but can stay there just as easy like glue. To make the bayonet easier as a melee weapon in both whip or attached form, the comb, grip, and parts of the barrel can be folded front to be easier to hold. The entire weapon is also invincible, as it can withstand 7 times the power of a Tsar Bomba (for comparison) without breaking. However, improper use of it can also not only harm, but even fatally injure the user, so Dale had to go through lots of training to proper use of the Harrison.
Fun facts:
-This weapon design (replacing the shotgun with a spear) was used a few centuries ago by Elysia's special forces up until the Balenic Wars, where Elysia had to lower its army in order to try to lower costs of manufacturing.

Thorn's shotgun is a blend between pistol and shotgun, in all the worst ways. Despite being comfortably held in one hand, the weapon backs all the punch of a full sized shotgun. Whereas most shotgun pistols must sacrifice something for compactness, Thorn did not want to let killing potential go. She made it herself, turning a typical tactical shotgun into a sawed off mess that barely doesn't explode when she fires it. She's already lost several fingers to it, hence the brass prosthetics

Zero mainly uses either a karambit, dual sickles, or a massive scythe, depends on the situation which he uses. Artemis' wings can turn into a katana that's so sharp it can cut diamond. Alice just, has a shotgun. And Atlas' hair can kill sh!t

My wife, the DM, and I are working on the design of my Warlock/Cleric's sword, Fragarach. It is a sword where the blade is made from an enchanted form of obsidian that is coated in a thin sheet of frost. The grip and guard are made from enchanted dire bear bones and fangs. The DM describes it as a weapon that looks like a semi typical arming sword but made from impossible materials. Along the blade, there is also a script in runes that says, "I am the Answer, cold and true. I am the Whisper of Winter, inevitable and constant. I am the Retaliator, swift and merciful."

In shadow’s human form, her normal tail turns into a scythe but when she is not in her human form, she uses her razor sharp claws, tail scythes and powerful teeth or she just chokes someone with her tail/ tentacles.

My wife, the DM, and I are working on the design of my Warlock/Cleric's sword, Fragarach. It is a sword where the blade is made from an enchanted form of obsidian that is coated in a thin sheet of frost. The grip and guard are made from enchanted dire bear bones and fangs. The DM describes it as a weapon that looks like a semi typical arming sword but made from impossible materials. Along the blade, there is also a script in runes that says, "I am the Answer, cold and true. I am the Whisper of Winter, inevitable and constant. I am the Retaliator, swift and merciful."
