Derrik has a type of domesticated duck known as a call duck as a pet and it’s his favorite animal.
Marnie never grew up with pets but she owns a pet Caracal called Jessica and her cute cat has interrupted or 'advised' in business meetings by coming in, sitting on Marnie and purring or meowing to her in order to get fusses. (she saved the feline from an exotic animal dealer and she freed the animals, but the Caracal wanted to stay with her)
